Ingredients
60 g | olive oil |
3 | medium-sized eggs |
140 g | honey |
140 g | yellow sugar |
1 tbsp | cinnamon |
500 g | whole wheat flour |
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 C. Weigh and add all the ingredients into the bowl in the order given and program 2 minutes on Dough speed.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Softly flatten the dough and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once they cool down, store in air-tight container or jars.
