500 g | flour |
200 g | softened butter |
250 g | white sugar |
2 | eggs |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
1 dessert spoon | Ground ginger (optional) |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place all the Ingredients in the mixing bowl and program 20 seconds on speed 6. Mix with the spatula. Next, program 2 minutes on the Dough speed.
- Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and shape the biscuits with your favorite mini cookie cutters.
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and put in the oven for 8 minutes. (Cooking time depends on each oven).
