200 g | sugar |
300 g | semi-skimmed milk |
200 g | olive oil |
300 g | flour (type 55) |
200 g | whole wheat flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | laminated almonds |
250 g | fresh blueberries |
200 g | strawberries |
Preparation
- Break the eggs into the bowl and add the sugar. Beat 1 minute on speed 3. Add the milk and the olive oil and mix for another 30 seconds on speed 3.
- Weigh in the flours and the baking powder and mix 30 seconds on speed 3. Add the almonds, blueberries and strawberries, chopped into pieces, and mix with the spatula. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
- Pour the mixture into paper baking shells, previously placed on a muffin baking tray, but not filled to the brim, and bake for about 20 minutes.
